I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I'm unable to save page snapshots. Every time I try I get "Diigo: A server error has occured. Your upload failed. Please try again later."
I'm using diigo 4.1.0.3 on Firefox 3.5.3 running on Fedora 11
Hi everyone! I'm new to Diigo and am especially enamoured with the Snapshot feature. It would be extremely useful - if it worked. Actually, I'm getting the same error described here: "Diigo: A server error has occured. Your upload failed. Please try again later." I tried it on a protected page (friendslocked Livejournal) and on a public page, with the same result. Diigo won't save the snapshot.
I'm working with a fresh install of the toolbar and with the latest Firefox. Any ideas?
I have the same problem although i have the newest Diigo toolbar and Firefox 3.6.3 !!! No idea why i can`t upload snapshots: "Diigo: A server error has occured. Your upload failed. Please try again later."
Always this error. Disabled all other addons in firefox, disabled firewall etc. Still the problem occurs. Any ideas what i can do???
Yes, I've been using DIIGO in Firefox for a while and this morn I tried to take Snapshots. I keep getting "server errors" and the message that I should try later. Is this a rare, temporary hiccup or a more frequent problem?

The issue was solved in the latest version 4.1.0.5 http://www.diigo.com/tools.
