Noted maybe two or more times in Firefox 3.0.5 on Mac OS X 10.5.6, after accessing the URL http://www.diigo.com/customize_search via Diigo Toolbar 3.1.6.11 and/or 3.1.6.12 | Web menu | Customize
At some point (I can't remember whether it was whilst using 3.1.6.11 or 3.1.6.12, sorry!) I opted to Restore Defaults,
