I cannot get the toolbar (2005-7) to run properly on IE7. All I see is the Diigo sign and an arrow which leads me to the menu. I am logged in properly. Also when I right-click on a page, the Diigo option only appears in grey, I cannot use it. Please help, thanks!
Looks like a login problem - have you ever encountered this before?
Please clear your cookies, close your browser and restart your IE. Let us know what happen.
If not, please advise which IE toolbar you have (make sure you have the latest one installed - check website), and more about your computer specs (operating system, etc.)
Meanwhile, you can always use IE diigolet to continue your normal activities.
I am running the latest IE7 toolbar, everything is up to date. I have tried clearing cookies, un- and reinstalling the diigo toolbaar, nothing works. I am using Vista Enterprise. Thanks!

Have you just upgraded to Vista Enterprise recently? Do you have any new anti-spam or security system installed?
We've not had a chance to test against Vista Enterprise - will try to do so shortly and advise.
Meanwhile, we think it probably has to do with your privacy setting on Vista.
Please try this: please go to your control panel, and enter "Control Panel\User Accounts\User Accounts" in the address bar. On the bottom of the page, look for "Turn User Account Control on or off", click it and uncheck the check box. Then retry.
