I can't seem to completely delete a highlight/sticky. It deletes ok when I'm on the page but when I return to the page after I've closed it (I've tried closing Firefox and returning, too) the highlights/stickies that I've just deleted are still there in the page? What am I doing wrong? I'm on Firefox using the diigolet. Thanks for you help.
Did you solve the problem? You shared the sticky notes to group, however, the group App didn't allow you to delete sticky notes and highlight together. This design is to prevent users from deleting sticky notes made by other group members, because other group members may add their own sticky notes in the highlight part. To bypass the problem, you can delete the sticky notes first, then delete the highlight. This is our design fault. It will be improved in the V3.
I have a similar problem. I highlight some text and add a sticky note in Firefox (using the Diigo toolbar). Then, I add another comment. Whenever I delete one or both comments without deleting the highlight, both comments are back when I reload the page. They get deleted from my group bookmarks list, though. Moreover, when I view the comments in IE7 using a different user account, the deleted comments do not appear. They only appear on the webpage using the account that first created the highlight and comments. If I delete all comments and the highlight, the comments and highlighting disappear permanently.
Thanks, Michael

Thanks for you help.
It works for me. Did this bug happen on every page? Can you reproduce it?
It seems to only happen on my "Helium Essays" page. Here is a flash movie of the error:

You can delete the sticky notes first in the sticky notes window and then delete highlight.

Thanks.
