Diigo users, old and new, do not intuitively find their way:
* from their library page (which comprises many bookmarks)
* to a single page that focuses on a single bookmark.

From within groups, too, it should be easier to find our way:
* from the group page (which comprises many bookmarks)
* to a single page that focuses the group member on a single bookmark.
This requirement was expressed a few days ago as
Each group bookmark should provide a link to its contextual view (should NOT take the user OUT of Diigo!)
The link to Diigo meta is hidden, buried in a menu.
The menu is named Share.
Uses of Diigo Meta go way beyond sharing.
Users who are not aiming to share, who simply want 'the bookmark page' will not think to investigate a share menu.
The expression Diigo Meta may be a fine description of the features and intention of the bookmark page but it is, in other words, a bookmark page :-)
Wishes, wants, requirements
I want Diigo Meta for myself.
I want Diigo Meta for my groups.
I want Diigo Meta to be found more easily. Much, much more easily.
Users (like me) who want a bookmark page want a link
from the library view of the bookmark
to the bokmark page.
These are not must-haves but
* the more that you force the user away from Diigo
* the less that users will appreciate its features.
Suggestions
Stop burying the link to Diigo Meta in a menu.
In the personal library, have the link
from the bookmark
to Diigo Meta
clearly visible, next to the bookmark.
Maybe,
Snapshot - Edit - Delete - Share▼ - Preview - Meta
Snapshot - Edit - Delete - Share▼ - Preview - Context
— I'm not bothered about the name of the thing, but
essentially what I want is to see annotations in context.
Snapshot - Context - Edit - Delete - Share▼
— preview is integral to the contextual (Diigo Meta) view
— already, the snapshots page leads to the Diigo Meta page (and vice versa)
so echo that partnership by placing the two actions alongside each other,
Snapshot - Context …
