Gamequarium is an online interactive website with games and worksheets to supplement the instructional strategies that the students learned in class. This website also provides teachers with access to lesson plans and teaching tips on how to teach students, Teachers also get access to information about the importance and saftey of internet access and different ways to include instructional technology into the classroom such as YouTube.Gamequarium is an educational website that supplements the instruction of both teachers and students via hands-on technology.

I chose Microsoft Mouse Mischief because it is interactive. It allows the teacher and students to interact with the lesson and eachother and makes learning fun and easy. There is something for teacher and student. It is a program that allows teachers to make PowerPoints interactive by asking question and with wireless mouses students select answers. It also shows the teacher which students or groups of students answered correctly or incorrectly. My standard is 6.1, which states that candidates intergrate instructional technology to facilitate learning in the classroom to supplement instructional strategies, to design instructional materials, and to enhance hands-on expierences and problem solving. I believe that this program is great for this standard. It is hands-on, interactive, uses technology, and ask the students for problem solving and quick thinking. This is a great website with many fun games. It addresses standard 6.1 because students can get hands on experience through playing the many games. I found this Treehouse TV website while surfing the web and it goes along with the 6.2 standard because it goes hand in hand with the grade levels of pre k- 3rd.It will really draw the children to learn on here because their favorite characters are teaching them like Dora, Little Bear,and The Bubble Guppies. Plus it teaches technology to them by the different games and activites they offer. So i suggest you and your little definitely check it out! :)

Turtle Diary is a great way for students to get their hands-on experience in the many subjects they are learning. There are games for the students, but also worksheets that go with the games for the teachers to print out for them to do when not able to get on the computer. This website is focused on the lower levels of PreK thru 2nd.

This site offers hands on learning for all subjects, I only bookmarked the reading page because that is what I want to teach.

I felt like this website met the standards of 6.1. This is a great resource for teachers and parents who are teaching math or science. There are a variety of lesson plans as well as interactive "gizmos" that will help students learn. Students can do the interactive portion and then be asked to complete the lesson plan. It's such a helpful site that will benefit the students and teachers.

If you ever had some extra time at the end of class or during an "inside recess day," these would be something the students would enjoy. My standard for this website is standard 6.1. This will be a website I will use in my classroom you can do so many things like create worksheets, play interactive games, get lesson plan examples. It is perfect for students to use after they complete work it has wonder activites to help engage the students learning. It is a Historical based website that would be very useful for high school history teachers.
