      This paper is nicely written in a concise way. However, the thesis of "optimizing resources" is not brought to a conclusion here. A sentence tieing this together would resolve the treatise in the crisp, clean fashion exhibited in your writing. Nice job overall.

      Well organized. Abstract was accurate and concise. Intro explained what would be covered. Each section flowed and connected well. Conclusion followed the argument and supported the thesis. I would recommend not ending paragraphs with citations but rather, your own words. I was enlightened overall with a better understanding of DL and corresponding strategies.
