How to make Bharwa Bhendi at home? Today we are going to tell you all about this. You can also call it spicy ladyfinger vegetable.
The ingredients you need to make Bhindi Masala recipe are as follows:
250 grams ladyfinger
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
50 grams mustard oil
10 garlic grains
First of all wash the lady finger. After washing, keep it in a cotton cloth and wipe it. Now cut the front and back end of the lady finger and cut it from the middle.
We will mix the spices that we have. Finely chop the onion, tomato and garlic. We will now fill the spice mixture one by one in the chopped ladyfinger.
Now place the pan on the gas and let it heat for 1 to 2 minutes, after which add mustard oil to it.
Allow half a teaspoon of cumin seeds to cook. When the cumin seeds turn slightly red, add garlic and onion to it.
Now you have to cook it for at least 4 to 5 minutes.
After cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, let the lady finger be cooked in it and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
After that add tomatoes and cook for next 5 to 4 minutes. Now your vegetable is almost ready. You take it out in a pot and enjoy it.

Today we will tell you how to prepare pea and cheese recipe at home. Pea and cheese recipe is the most refined food in India. It is very much liked in all the villages and cities. If you also want to learn how to make cheese and pea vegetable, then watch the video till the end. You can also make good recipe from the hotel. Although Cheese vegetable is very much liked, Pea and cheese is itself a very Nutritious and delicious dish.
The ingredients that we have taken for "Matar Paneer Sabji" in this recipe of our day are as follows:
300 grams of cottage cheese
250 grams peas
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
Half a teaspoon garam masala
Little green coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
200 grams onion
250 grams tomatoes
5 to 6 garlic cloves
Little ginger.
Now heat the pan for a minute and add 1 tablespoon mustard oil to it. Let it heat up for about 1 minute. As soon as the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds. Now cook the cumin seeds till it turns red. As soon as our cumin becomes red, add garlic, onion and ginger paste to it. Mix these well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
After 4 to 5 minutes, mix all the spices in it. What we have to mix in spices right now are red chillies, turmeric, coriander, salt and asafoetida. Now cook it for about 2 minutes and after that add 150 ml of water to it. After boiling for 2 minutes, add peas to it and cook slowly. After about 2 to 3 minutes, add paneer pieces to it and mix well.
In the next 2 to 3 minutes our matar paneer sabji will be almost ready. After that add chopped coriander to it.
Now our vegetable is ready. you can say it your dhaba style paneer matar sabji or matar paneer dhaba style sabji.

1. Never keep the heat too fast.
