Thought this was interesting. A little borrowing from another artist, not uncommon.

While researching blogs on James Joyce I ran across this challenge. To help our reading habits and turning back to the classics. I thought it was a great idea. By joining it makes one more accountable to what one reads.

I found this forum site that has all sorts of forums for literature. I found some James Joyce. There might be others so check it out. You have to be a member to create your own forum or comment I believe.

This is another link from the same man's site, but this link is for the blog he did on one of James Joyce's stories. He actually invites his readers to participate in reading Irish literature for the week and then blog about it. He says that he would then make a master copy of all the blogs. Just thought it was interesting.

So I was searching for some blogs about James Joyce and I came across this man's blog, Mel. Talk about being a prolific reader and writer. He reads short stories all the time and posts about each one. I think it is interesting that he started his blog not really think many would read it and now he has almost 500 followers.

This is someone's blog about doing the things that we are doing in class. She is using facebook, google docs, skype, and other social networks to connect and to collaborate on projects. Cool huh?

I thought this was interesting. It talks all about Google Docs and using apps in a classroom setting and how that is changing teaching.

I found this interesting discussion about young writers and if they should be published or not. It kind of goes along with Fanfiction and the writers that are on there.

This is a blog that I found about the Public Domain. For those who are interested in a little more what the Public Domain is about this guy goes through a pretty good outline of the basics of every chapter. If there is a chapter that interests you, you can also find the book online.

I am not sure if anyone has read The Dead. I have several times and I had no idea that there was a video until Dr Burton mentioned it to me. I found this on youtube and couldn't help but marvel how different this last scene was watching it instead of reading it.

After reading Ashley Lewis's blog I noticed this really cool feature off to the side of her blog. It shows you where someone is at that is viewing your page. I thought it was pretty neat and so I followed her link and posted it to my blog page.

A website that is dedicated to making sure that you got the ending you wanted to your favorite show. People can write and make up stories using characters that have already been created like Harry Potter or Batman.

This is the site that I refer to in my blog.

Found this cool blog spot about the digital culture book that I am reading. They have a comic, link to read the book (free), and more cool things.

I think I found the entire Vernor Vinge's Rainbows End online. It looks like it is all here. I wish I found this a week ago!
