Probably the most interesting/ unique thing I've seen done with huck Finn so far is to turn the entire book into barcodes... Why? Who knows. But it is pretty cool, you gotta admit.
a friends idea for creating an ebbok. It looks more like a scrapbooking site. I don't know how legitimate we'd be using something like this or if it even fits our project, Just one of my friends suggestions.. .

Why Ben Crowder (works on HBLL site) uses Creative Commons. I think open culture is so fascinating. Dr. Burton - you should do your whole lecture on scarcity v. abundance cultures. I need to digest that again and I think it'd be really interesting to the class.
Since blogger is struggling a wee bit today, I thought I'd do my post for this class over here at my regular blog. I put quite a bit of work into this post so check it out. :)
Something I'm learning to do is look for things that have already been done in what I'm trying to do. Check out this map of literary theory. I think it could be "updated" to web 2.0 so it doesn't need as much explanation, but it's functional.
I'm an English literature student at Brigham Young University. I'll also be a mother in July 2011. I plan to homeschool my children in the future, and I am interested in literature and general education. I've worked in the field of interpreting for the deaf.
