Four out of five small businesses say they're not ready for the introduction of the new workplace laws, many of which come into effect on 1 July, according to new research released from AMR Interactive.

Work Choices will disappear on January 1 after the Senate passed Labor's Fair Work bill following two days of wrangling between the government and crossbench senators.
Courts will be given new powers to stop and penalise employers that break work agreements covering a range of areas including redundancies, annual leave, rostering and child care.
