A single six-milligram pouch is a dose so high that first-time users on TikTok have said it caused them to vomit or pass out.

So it’s worth breaking down Mr. VanderAarde’s videos.

But we can’t know for sure how many children follow the Nelk Boys or Freezer Tarps — social-media companies generally don’t release granular age-related data to the public.
