Bookmark or download owner's manuals. Lots of alternatives of course, such as any bookmarking tool, but if you want a dedicated web app for owner's manuals, this one would work.

Girls Who Code unveils 2 coding-themed books Girls Who Code is releasing two books this week, a fiction novel called "The Friendship Code," and an illustrated coding manual. You can set Google to notify you when a form has been submitted, but you only get a link to the update spreadsheet in Google Drive.
