This is a nice LISTENING activity with audio video materials. U can have ur child watch this. After watching perhaps ur child decides to become an interviewer or a weatherforcast man as my sister did. While watching the previous activities she (my sister) decided to become a cook and then she changed her mind and decided to become a weatherforcast woman. The activity is created by the British Coucil. This is a good opportunity to teach your child the names of the countries, continents and flags and quite a lot of adjectives, of course, everything in the target language. Ok, I guess I stop here, as I feel myself like an advertiser. Watch and test it and make ur own judgments. HAVE FUN KIDS.

This activity is ideal when learning new words referring to a specific topic. I assume that children learn words better when they see them visually. It helps them remember them. Whenever I give such an activity to my students they respond to it enthusiastically: they revise their vocabulary, associate the words with the topic, learn new words. For beginners this activity will be ideal.

Learners should continue forming interogative questions with help of the provided hints. This game is best for upper elementery level. My sister liked it very much and with the help of it learned a lot.

I found these podcasts from the Sesame street website. They can be used for developing listening comprehension. There are also activities with the podcasts which can be used for developing listening comprehension. I tried this with our neighbour's son who is 12. He liked the activity very much and said that it was fun and interesting.

A good activity to test the learners' awareness of the tenses.

Kids can learn kinds of animals and animal families (such as mammals, fishes, reptile and so on) they belong to. This activity can be used to reinforce learners' vocabulary of differrent kinds of animals.

Proper grammar game for practicing pronouns.

This game can be used to teach word order of sentences. I tried the medium mode of the game with my sister (a beginner EFL learner). It helped my sister to internalize the basic patterns of word order in English.

This game is helpful for teaching synonyms to kids. I tried the medium mode of this game with my neighbor and he liked it. He learned many new words from this game. Alternatively, it allows to see how the given words are pronounced and spelled. There is a worksheet which can be printed out to use in case there are no computers connected to the internnet at your disposal.

This game is designed for high intermediate EFL student. Through this game, EFL learners can revise their knowledge of job descriptions. This game can be played by one player or two players. Accordingly, it will also promote collaboration between learners. An EFL intermediate learner had a chance to choose one of the provided choices and decide whether it corresponds to the job description provided in the game or not and accordingly, to gain particular score or not. I tried it with my brother's wife (24 year-old) and she in some cases guessed the write answer. She had some difficulties because of some words used in job descriptions. Though, she tried to understand the word in context and guess the meaning. I would suggest my peers to use this educational game because it promotes L2 learners language skills in terms of enhancing their vocabulary.

This is a good reading and speaking task which includes scientific issues in a simplified language. The topic is attractive for teenagers and there are enough discussion issues to use as a reading and speaking exercise in the class situation.

This is a listening exercise which aims to assist learners' intonation and stress. For this song, upper intermediate students should listen and fill in the blanks with no help or discussion. They should then check what they have written with classmates. Once the lyrics are completed, students should be encoureged to sing along with the song, in order to practise the stress and intonation. I practised it with my student when having tutoring and it helped greatly.

This is an interactive game practicing grammar (active vs. passive voice). It's for intermediate level of students. I think the learners will be interested in as each correct answer in the gap filling exercise will give them an opportunity to play basetball.

It's a very funny game that develops memory skills, therefore, challenging to some extent...

It's one of the attractive games for boys because they read and shoot the word that they hear. Kids can learn nature vocabulary via an interasting game.

While surching this site I found a lot of good material about social networking which can be presented to advanced level learners. I showed some of the animations to my mother and sister and then translated them as they don't have advanced level of English. They liked the animations and videos, the way they presented the concept.

It is a tool for checking your spelling. It is for different levels of students.
