    This is a good listening activity, where learners will listen to a story and get used to coping with noise when listening. They can listen to the story with and without subtitles. Then they can answer comprehension questions. Alternatively, it is a good story - a part of Halloween party, and students can describe the clothes and characters they see.

    This activity is a great one for pair work. Present Perfect is the best to be practiced on activity work sheets like this. Enjoy. I do practice them in my class. Students work individually at first, then they turn to their partner and work with him.

    All the three activities are good for practising Past Continuous but most of all I liked "Alibi" . I do think, it's excellent for all level students but I would prefer to practise it with intermediate ones. Students will be able to improve their speaking skills via creating stories. Besides, the process can be very intriguing.
