This quiz is good for testing how correctly students can use prepositions in sentences. It can be printed out and used even if the classroom has no computers connected to the internet. I tried it with my friend and I can say that it served good as a testing activity.

I tried this multiple intelligence test with my EEC class. It worked great, my students enjoyed it very much and discovered the types of intelligence they were strong at.

This game with 10 questions is suitable for 11 to 14 year olds. It tests sentence knowledge. What is great about it, is that it gives the player a second chance to answer the same question. If it is still wrong, a third time, then it gives the right answer.

We can use this game to teach, practice and/or test knowledge of synonyms and antonyms. My friend, who is a low intermediate EFL learner, has learnt several words while playing this game. So, not only kids, but also adults learn quickly with games.

This is a nice LISTENING activity with audio video materials. U can have ur child watch this. After watching perhaps ur child decides to become an interviewer or a weatherforcast man as my sister did. While watching the previous activities she (my sister) decided to become a cook and then she changed her mind and decided to become a weatherforcast woman. The activity is created by the British Coucil. This is a good opportunity to teach your child the names of the countries, continents and flags and quite a lot of adjectives, of course, everything in the target language. Ok, I guess I stop here, as I feel myself like an advertiser. Watch and test it and make ur own judgments. HAVE FUN KIDS.

I tried this site for testing myself and found it an easy and useful task. It has 3 levels of difficulty.It's a suitable task for intermediate and advanced students.

This is a very good activity to improve vocabulary. What is more interesting and even important about this site is that while you play, you can earn grains of rice for each correct answer that will be donated for charity, to help stop hunger in the world. You can also play with grammar here (free rice grammar).There are 60 levels for vocabulary and 5 levels for grammar. They increase by difficulty as you proceed. While trying this with my students, what was so exciting for them was that they learned by answerng correctly they are particpating in a humanitarian act and this greatly motivated them to answer the tests and learn new vocabulary. Though we did just the first 2 levels, the next session almost all of them said that they kept playing it to collect more rice and for this they had learned a large number of new vocabulary. They also said they are gonna play it again when finished both to collect more rice for hunger as well as review what they had learned.
