I wonder how much the wifi is driven by the cost difference for 3g? Also, how many only really use at home and then how many people are disappointed that they can't get wifi when they are out?

A new Twitter guide published by the LSE Public Policy Group and the LSE Impact of Social Sciences blog  seeks to answer this question, and show academics and researchers how to get the most out of the micro-blogging site. The Guide is designed to lead the novice through the basics of Twitter but also provide tips on how it can aid the teaching and research of the more experienced academic tweeter.

Most tasks our users perform in Moodle they also carry out with other applications or websites, but the workflow patterns they need to learn in order to use Moodle are unfamiliar to them. By tweaking these Moodle patterns to be more similar to those used by other websites we find we are often able to improve our users' experience of Moodle.
