    Created through Utah State University, the National Library of Virtual Manipulatives has an extensive collection of online manipulatives for preK-grade 12. Manipulatives are sorted by topic: number and operations, algebra, geometry, measurement, and data analysis and probability. The CD for purchase which is referenced on the site is only needed if one does not have access to the internet. Otherwise the site if free.
