We live in an increasingly complex and technologically rich world, and can all cite examples of products that are difficult or frustrating to use. By applying inclusive design principles, involving users in the design, and considering the needs of people with reduced capabilities, products can be made usable, useful and desirable. This toolkit has been developed to support designers and those involved in product development, as well as providing a general guide to inclusive design for businesses.
