    Kids.gov: The U.S. Government's Official Web Portal for Kids... Aside from the extensive amount other grade level appropriate subjects and topics, this website has great science resources for teachers and students. There are many videos that break down subject matter, like how orbits work or what fossils tell about time. I would use it ideas on different science experiments and definitely for the videos, since sometimes you never know what you are getting with YouTube.

    This site provides many different subject areas and options for lesson plans. The site says they have over four thousand to choose from so I feel this site would be helpful. This site would be most useful when looking for ideas to go along with a lesson plan that I already created or to get ideas of subjects to make a lesson plan.

    This website is loaded with lesson plans for all ages. There are also lesson plans for every subject group. You can create a lesson plan on this website and also upload your lesson plans to the website. This is a great tool for teachers because even if they don't want to use these lesson plans, they can get ideas from other teachers and then they can use them in their own classrooms.

I chose this website because this would be easy for the students to use when they need current events. I would have the students use it to find current events that they would understand.

    This is an overall great website for students to use that represents all of the subject areas. Students can go to a general content area, then go more specific and find a game or resource that could really help them in terms of a project or paper they need to complete. I feel teachers could really utilize this, and provide their students with a great resource.

    This Science website has an endless amount of games that students can play. I think this website would be a good activity for students when you have just finished learning about a topic and then you let them on this website to play the games about the current topic. The games are fun but yet also education at the same time so the students are still learning while they are playing these games.

    Collaborative/ Web 2.0 tool: I chose this resource because I know it is something that is currently being utilized in the schools and student are able to communicate and collaborate with the teacher and students. I could create a Seesaw page for my individual classroom if it is not something being used in the school district I work.

    I included this resource because it gives a wide variety of applications that other teachers agree are great for classroom use. These apps help with many of the 21st century learning skills I will need to be teaching in my classroom, so I think this is an important source to note to aid me in that process

It is free and allows the teacher to create their own questions, quizzes, and more. This would be a great tool to utilize in my classroom to incoroporate technology to check students reading comprehension, understanding, and if they are actually reading.
