This website has many different things that may come in handy what it comes to teacher math to elementary age students. This website has math lessons for teachers, practice problems and activities for students, math games, and it also has a dictionary. I found the dictionary to be the most important part of this website. I feel that it places the definition in terms so the students are better able to understand.

Something that I found very important is it have video clips with worksheets for all departments in science, lab ideas and lesson plans on how to teacher the lab to the class, images and photos, and games that can be played by the students as a way of reviewing and learning about the topic.

I love that this site gives a list of different science experiments that are sure to grab students' attention. This site could be used in class if an experiment fits into the lesson plan or maybe even as a special activity they can do for good behavior/no late assignments/whatever.

I thought this site was cool because it gives you many different language arts related activities/games you can use in your classroom. I also like that there is a section for teaching English as a second language. Having games available for English and Spanish speakers from the same site makes this site seem convenient

This is a popular website for beginner readers. My kindergartner really enjoys this website and the interactive reading sites are simple and straightforward and allow her to navigate them easily, on her own.
  •
Starfall is a great website to use if your school has not implemented phonics into their curriculum. The site is interactive and geared towards younger children first learning to read. It starts at the very beginning and works its way through the alphabet, learning to read, and different levels of reading. However, I feel this website could also be used for ELL learners.
