Searchtastic.com - search Twitter history and export tweets to Excel - 6 views

  •
Searchtastic is a new Twitter search engine that searches historical tweets and more. Beat the major search engines in this Twitter search comparison. Searches "historical" tweets from months ago. Exports search results to Excel. Expands shortened URLs. Allows searches for a particular user and the people that user follows.1 Shows popular topics during the last 24 hours in a hash tag cloud. Hash tags, like #followfriday, indicate the topic of a tweet. We derive our hash tag cloud independently of Twitter's trending topics. Features an innovative "click search" interface. Click on any word in the results to add it to the search. Or remove search terms by clicking on words under the search box. Provides instant access to the Top 400 users ranked by the number of followers.

Social Search: Get Social - 0 views

  •
Searchwiki or Swicki's purpose is to bridge the gap between searchers and relevant results. As the web grows and evolves, web search needs to grow and evolve too. Searchwiki technology improves on existing general web search by enabling vertical, community site and web searches to be initiated from any website. A searchwiki's strength is in its community appeal and dynamic social search cloud. As such, collaboration between groups of people with similar interests using a Searchwiki will quickly produce much more relevant and tailored results for a common group than a generic search engine would.

Twitterfall - 2 views

  •
web based twitter application: Twitterfall is a way of viewing the latest 'tweets' of upcoming trends and custom searches on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Updates fall from the top of the page in near-realtime. For popular trends, Twitter is queried from the Twitterfall server, and results are pushed to your browser, rather than your browser doing the queries, or your computer polling our server repeatedly. This means using Twitterfall for popular trends is nicer on Twitter than other services. You can toggle trends on the left, selecting or deselecting as many as you like by simply clicking on them. The list of trends are updated every few minutes right in the page (if you are looking at a trend that is no longer popular, you will receive a message in the stream). You can also type in custom search queries yourself, and select or deselect these as much as you like by clicking on them. These custom search queries can also be refined by location by using the Geolocation panel (in beta). You can also view your timeline, as you would normally see it in Twitter. This allows you to follow all of your friends while still using our service. This can be done by logging in on the left and then selecting "Show my Timeline".

Twitter StreamGraphs - 1 views

  •
A StreamGraph is shown for the latest 1000 tweets which contain the search word. The default search query is 'data visualization' but a new one can be typed into the text box at the top of the application. You can also enter a Twitter ID preceded by the '@' symbol to see the latest tweets from that user. A parameter to the URL can be used to specify the initial search word. For example, use http://www.neoformix.com/Projects/TwitterStreamGraphs/view.php?q=coffee to see the latest tweets about coffee.
