Maps 101 appears to not be free but has a trial version. ti appears to be K-12. It includes materials for Spanish language educators and those teaching students with limited English. I couldn't find information on the purchase but I did see that you can request an extension on the trial version.

This site looks interesting and would be a good one to try with the free trial version.

I have used and have seen this used. It is like a PowerPoint but web based. Presentations can be embedded.

Mathtrain.TV is a free educational "kids teaching kids" project from Mr. Marcos & his students at Lincoln Middle School in Santa Monica, CA. There are student-created, teacher-created, and captioned videos.
