Socrative Socrative is an interactive app that allows users to generate quizzes. For teachers, it is helpful because it allows us to collate and track data related to student learning. It is similar to Kahoot! in its use of timed quizzes that students compete with each other to complete and for that reason has a lot of appeal. For the teacher it has appeal because it can be used to create quick question entrance and exit tickets and quizzes that can be multiple choice, true/false, or short answer. Data is tracked and so can easily be used to form instruction or to assess summative learning. It can also be used as a study tool in advance of traditional assessments.
