Formative is an tool similar to Socrative that allows teachers and students to create and share formative assessments. Formative can be used to create Do Now activities, exit tickets, "show your work" assessments--particularly helpful to math teachers since students can write or draw on their screens to show their work. Formative also allows students to type in short answers, or upload images, and other methods to demonstrate their learning. Finally, Formative also allows teachers to see student responses live as they are inputted on her own screen.
