    This is an RCT for an OT falls prevention treatment program. In this study, an OT completed a home assessment of each participant and then the participants were randomly assigned to groups in which a home mod program was compared to a home exercise program. The results indicate that the home mod program was more successful at reducing falls.

    This is a systematic review of issues in ADLs post stroke and to determine the benefits of OT treatment approaches for individuals with ADL deficits post stroke. It was found that OT treatment approaches focusing on ADLs improved ADL performance among individuals recovering from a stroke.
