* The body needs about 30 g of fats a day, which come from butter, meat or vegetable oils.
* Saturated fats are in butter, sausages, eggs and meat. If they are taken in excess, the rate of bad cholesterol or LDL rises and they endanger cardiovascular health.
* Unsaturated fats are in vegetable oils (especially olive oils) and in fish, they lower the bad cholesterol rate and fluidize the blood.
How to consume fats:
* To increase the benefits of fats, avoid cooking them, except olive oil, which resists heat very well.
* If not, put some fresh butter on your vegetables and meats.
* If you do not like oil or butter, eat sausages, meats or fatty fish and nuts.
