It allows you to record from your webcam, create photo slide shows, stream live through a Google+ hangout, and edit videos just like the video editor in Windows Live MoveMaker. These tools extends the educational value of YouTube beyond just watching video to using it as a tool for the 4 Cs (creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking)
