The Vertex 42 website offers many different weekly printable lesson plan templates with up to 8 class periods. 

Pinterest is full of detailed unit lesson plan templates. This one was one of my favorites that I thought was neat!

This weekly lesson plan is through Excel and is pretty nest because it's easy to edit and use for any class schedule.
