Most of us agree that the use of images and graphics in e-learning help the learners make visual associations. However the images or graphics need to be relevant to the content being presented. They need to support the text and be used, not for diversion, but a clear instructional purpose.

I'm a visual learner, so physically viewing something is my preferred experience in life. It is this characteristic that causes me to find a lot of great images and videos on the web. In fact, I find so much interesting stuff that sometimes I just want to save it, so I turn to bookmarking and web clipping apps.
