Sexually transmitted diseases referred to as sexually transmitted infections are infections that are commonly spread by sex, especially vaginal intercourse, anal sex and oral sex.The methods to prevent STDs are use condoms ,try to avoid to have sex with multiple partners or reduce them, have medical check ups on regular intervals ,limit or eliminate drugs or alcohol during sex .

Vaginal douching is a process of cleaning vagina with the equipment called douche by using liquids mainly water and vinegar or antiseptics. Douching is harmful; it can develop or spread the infection by altering the balance of bacteria present in vagina which leads to many serious diseases. It may increase the risk of bacterial vaginosis and other STDs and can cause vaginal irritation.

HPV is the most common STD in the world today.It spreads when there is a skin to skin contact during anal sex ,oral sex and vaginal sex with an infected person.HPV can cause genital warts as well as cancer in cervic ,vagina ,penis ,vulva and anus.
