Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease caused by bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis and it spreads when there is a sexual contact with a person who is infected.Most of the infected people do not show symptoms of infection and thats why chlamydia is called silent infection.

Chlamydia trachomatis is the infectious agent that invades human body with the sexually transmitted painful infection of Chlamydia. Symptoms of chlamydia in women are pelvic pain,burning or sensation during urination and vaginal discharge that may have an odor.

Condom as a sort of protection has been one of the most successful birth control methods till date. It has also been useful to prevent the sexually transmitted diseases like HIV/AIDS,Chlamydia,Gonorrhea.Earlier condoms were not so comfortable but now they are very comfortable to use ,smooth and user friendly.There are a lot of brands of condom in the market with different features.

Sexually transmitted diseases referred to as sexually transmitted infections are infections that are commonly spread by sex, especially vaginal intercourse, anal sex and oral sex.The methods to prevent STDs are use condoms ,try to avoid to have sex with multiple partners or reduce them, have medical check ups on regular intervals ,limit or eliminate drugs or alcohol during sex .
