This website is a great way to make some quick and easy Math worksheets. You can make many different types of worksheets such as addition, multiplication and factorial worksheet. This is a great website to create some quick review worksheets over material that your students may be struggling with.

Fatburgr provides nutrition information for many of your favorite restaurants. Calories, fat grams, carbs, and fiber are all listed for menu items from restaurants such as Schlotzsky's, Chili's, McDonald's, Panera Bread, Krispy Kreme, and many more. With the focus on childhood obesity, this is a great site for kids (and adults) to compare menu items and learn how to make better choices when eating out. This site could be a fun resource for a health, or maybe even a math, activity.

This is a library of virtual math manipulatives. They are broken up into categories: PK-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. On the PK-2 category you will find manipulatives for a bar graph, place value, etc. A version can also be downloaded to the desktop. It would be a great thing to use for the SmartBoard as well as individual instruction.

This website offers students the opportunity to practice their math facts. There is addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills to practice. The site is designed for first through fifth graders. I think that students would like the site because they could create their own character and challenge other players. Also, I've had parents ask for math sites that they could use at home with their kids. I would probably recommend this site.

It includes several useful features and customizable themes, plus, it is ready made for podcasting, videos, photos and more. Edublogs also gives great tips on how to use blogs to revolutionize the way you teach and how your students learn.

Edublogs is an easy to use blogging program created specifically for teachers and students. You can manage your students involvement and participation at any time. I have created an eudcation blog, but in a math classroom, it doesn't get used very often. I do know teachers who use a blog consistently.

PollDaddy allows you to create your own poll or survey on any topic for free. You can then add your creation to your web site, blog, or social networking page. You can use them for fun or as an educational tool. Teachers can create polls or surveys for their students to answer, regarding current subject matter or students can use their math skills to create their own poll/survey. They can create polls and surverys related to specific objectives and they can incorporate their technology skills by adding their poll/survey to a web page, blog, powerpoint, or other media forms.

This website offers a great collection of educational games, specifically math and language arts, for students from kindergarten through grade six. The site was created by professional educators and offers games that students would enjoy, but also learn from completing. The site also offers homework help and printable worksheets.

This site allows you to easily create Bar, Line, Area, Pie, and XY graphs. When completed the graphs can then either be printed or saved. This site would work much better than excel for many simple student graphs, because of the complexities that excel sometimes leads to.

When I found this website I was so excited! This website makes creating a graph SUPER easy! Whether you teach Math or Science, this is a great website to use for graphing. The students are still responsible to collecting the data and knowing where to put the information. All they have to do is choose the type of graph they want, type in the data, and then the graph is created!

Scratch is a programming language that allows students (ages 8 and up) to create interactive stories, animations, and games online. These creations can be shared on the web. This would be great to use in the classroom for the development of 21st Century skills. Students learn math skills, creative thinking, reasoning, and how to work with others.

This website is a great tool for reinforcing and explaining regrouping addition. It takes the students through the process step-by-step. The website uses great graphics and makes the problem seem like a game. My students that struggle with this concept have great success with this website. I post it to my port-a-portal, so students can have access to it anytime.
