Unions have become a rather controversial topic within American work culture today, but they arose in a very different time and shaped people's work life today in some pretty profound ways, most would say some pretty good ways.

Ethics and morals can be changed and throughout history the US has done a good job of adapting even if it took years to happen.

The recent allegations on American Apparel for sexual harrasament, which they have already been sued in the past. One would thing there would be changes involving procedures and ethics in the work place. Could a company be helpless and ethical bankrupt with no hope of becoming a model of good ethics ?

Very interesting how the Nordic countries top number one for gender equality. Maybe American companies should send researchers over to pick up a few pointers.

If it's true that they only pulled the ads because the show would cause controversy, I'm unimpressed; the mucky-mucks at Lowe's certainly aren't uncanny outlaws.

How true that is; sadly.

Wait, did you say "Music Video?!" I'm not sure that this is unethical per se but I'm not sure what to call it. To me this is a move from the old tradition of kissing babies. It makes me laugh because I feel it shows that this man and his party think that the American people are stupid enough to fall for this kind of stunt. At least I don't think we are.
