As I mentioned, there are not many websites that are or have portfolios for IT. I did find this site that gives dozens of examples of what portfolios could like it. You just had to fill in the content. - ERR

Creative Professionals are looking for an portfolios websites for an exclusive online presence to present their work more professionally and elegantly. Recently, I have been working on my personal portfolio website, which mainly showcase the websites I have done in the past.

This is a report on a study that was conducted on the work-life balance at SCU. As expected, the study includes surveys and interviews. I am impressed that an administration would care so much that they would spend the resources on conducting a study on w0rk-life balance.

This CV is from MIT, a medium sized university with high research activity. There is personal information given in this CV, but it is not too detailed.
This is the CV for a professor at a small, not-for-profit, school only granting bachelor and master degrees. I find some of the personal information included odd.
