Drug Reactions - 0 views

  •
This website was really useful for me to see where drugs travel through the body and how they affect the body. It's very useful for someone delving into pharmacy and more specifically, pharmacology because it really gives you a sense of what goes on once the drug is inside the person. I recommend this website to anyone wanting to learn how to comprehend the reactions of drugs to the human body and vice versa.

Botanical Dermatology PHYTOPHOTODERMATITIS Phytophotodermatitis connotes phototoxic reactions consisting of erythema (with or without blistering) and delayed hyperpigmentation. Phototoxicity implies an immediate or delayed inflammatory reaction caused by the combination of a topical or oral photosensitizing agent followed by the appropriate wavelength of ultraviolet radiation (UVR) to the skin.37 This response can occur in any person who has been exposed to adequate amounts of a photosensitizing chemical and UVR. This discussed the reaction between skin and the oils of any plant like parsnip

The Biology of Cells - 0 views

This site has all sorts of information on cells. It talks about all the different chemical reactions that happen in cells, where they get their energy from, and how proteins run many processes. Anyone who has trouble with cellular processes in Biology might be able to learn from this site, and benefit from doing better. I would recommend this site to anyone who is having trouble in Biology, or who wants to go the extra step to really understand the information.

Chemistry - 0 views

This website was much more helpful than I thought it would be. Though the only experiments I found on it were about growing crystals, it still helped me to get a very good look at chemical reactions and more importantly, crystals. Crystals are very important in the field of chemistry I'm looking into, pharmaceutics, so this website helped me to find good information about crystals. I would definitely recommend this website to a person looking into chemistry, but more so to a person who's just starting and would like to perform some simple experiments.

DALLAS - Traffic still snarled local roads. Businesses filled with customers. And the State Fair of Texas, now in its second week and located four miles east of downtown, continued milling with visitors. The day after the death of Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan, 42, the first confirmed Ebola casualty in the USA, life appeared normal in Dallas.
