Jack G on 01 Mar 13This a good article if you want the counter point to concussions in football. They talk about how now all hit to the head and neck area are illegal, but its not stoping and of the hits to the head. The only difference now is that there team will recieve a penalty. Although it doesnt completely stop concussions this article does have good facts that do support how the rules have lessened the concussions.
