This looks like a fun website for teachers who just need to bounce ideas off of each other. They also have things like printables, shop, email, and strategies.
This is a great resource will lessons of the day and games. There is an enormous tab to the left of the page with a large amount of resource headings. it seems as though it could be really helpful to Elementary Education Majors.
This site is a good resource for teachers to find helpful information about any particular subject. This site is where my Crotched Mt. teacher found IXL to use for she students.
A great site to get details about disabilities you may need to accommodate in your class. Good resource for checking on legal questions surrounding Special Education, also.
Came across this as I was doing my action research. My school, and many others, uses NETS standards for their technology policy. Some resources for teachers and admin here.
This website is great! It has lots of teacher development workshops, conferences, courses that you can take for free or take for a fee for CEU's.
My favorite thing about this website though is the resources it has available for the teacher, for every grade for just about every subject.
Similar to edhelper resource that was recently posted (Sorry David) for a second time. Includes a variety of worksheet generators, lesson plans, rubrics, assessments, etc. Certainly worth bookmarking for future reference!
This is a fabulous, in-depth, yet student-accessible primer on grammar. I know, it was created by Canadians, but that's okay. I sometimes use their resources when discussing parts of speech and word interactions in class. Our students are increasingly digital; it helps to speak their language.
Providing educators and students access to the highest quality practices and resources in reading and language arts instruction.
This website has great lesson plans for teaching reading and writing for grades K-12 and strategy guides for teachers.
