Just found and read this article that really helped me get a new perspective on relating math to the students.  I think these four habits can be used for all different subjects.

NCTM has tons of resources for math teachers and for elementary teachers teaching math!

This is a very cool site.

We use this site at KRMS! It's great for kids to learn about problem solving. My three children even like playing the games.

This website provides various games for younger elementary students. It has math games related to the seasons and contains math related puzzles as well.

I saw some of these math project ideas and thought that they were pretty cool. The only drawback that I found with them is that they don't look like lesson plans, but you can also make them your own.

Another fun math site for Kids

For every right answer to a multiple-choice question (in vocabulary, math, and other subjects), the site donates ten grains of rice through the United Nations World Food Programme. Great for ages 8 and up!
