    This site is a great tool for anybody looking for activities to help teach particular topics. It's divided up by grade, then by subject. I find this particularly useful for those who are extremely interactive.

    This website lists some great Smart board apps for use in the classroom. I especially like the science apps, where there are hands-on simulations for students to manipulate.

    This is a great place to get ideas for lessons for all grade level and subjects. I've used this site many of times while I was student teaching. Great resouces. Some stuff does cost money but there are lots of free lessons and ideas that teachers have posted.

    Google Docs is such an incredible tool for college students, offering collaboration, portability, ease of use, and widespread acceptance. But there are so many options, both hidden and obvious, that there's a good chance you're not using Google Docs to its fullest capability.

    This is a great website to see what other teachers are using in their classes. Mainly activities! (You have to make an account but it is definitely worth it, and search "education" and you will find tons of great stuff!)

    This social networking site could be used by educators much the same as Diigo. The one real difference is that Pinterest is a visual space (akin to a pin board) where you can get a sense of the content at a glance and dig deeper based on what you see.
