I don't see the link to the article and when you enter the title directly into the webbrowser address bar, it won't open the article when found. I did find this link helpful though in identifying some uses for Twitter in Education: https://elearningindustry.com/15-ways-twitter-in-education-students-teachers. I also found that you can create a group (called Lists) in Twitter, which could be a more interactive way to conduct a Discussion.
