I don't see the link to the article and when you enter the title directly into the webbrowser address bar, it won't open the article when found. I also found that you can create a group (called Lists) in Twitter, which could be a more interactive way to conduct a Discussion.

How to create a List
Click on Lists in the navigation bar.
Click the Create new List icon at the top.
Choose a name for your List, and a short description of the List. ...
Click Next.
You can then search for people and add people to your List.
Click Done.
