Hi, it is interesting that this article talks about alternate ways to teach a flipped classroom compared to creating video lectures which is the most popular way of delivering content in flipped classes.

Edpuzzle is a Web-based application that allows instructors (and students) to upload videos or use pre-existing streaming videos from YouTube or Vimeo and overlay test/assessment items to create a more interactive lesson. Instructors can stop videos at anytime and present assessment items to check for understanding. Videos become lessons and engaging presentations. Great for flipped classrooms...............and it's free!

Project Spotlight Terry Austin, an instructor of anatomy and physiology at Temple College in Texas, has boosted student retention rates in his classes - and he attributes part of that success to the real-time feedback system he's using in his flipped classroom.

Video lessons are one of the primary technology tools used to deliver content in blended/flipped classrooms. The learning happens at home and when students are in class, they participate in active-learning activities or group work. Great to try out with a few lessons in f2f classes as well. It greatly increases student engagement and participation.

@ionstudent I agree. In fact, I just learned about this today. This can come in handy for instructor-created videos, but I can see students taking advantage of this for video projects as well.

This would be great for manuals, textbooks, or any type of file sharing.
