The Holy month, Ramadan is the month of discipline, worship, morality, praying, peace and pretty much every good moral that would ever come across your mind. During this month Muslims around the world spend the daylight hours in a complete fast. Muslims would spend this whole month in repentance and trying to become closer to Allah, Reading Qur'an, praying day and night asking for forgiveness and thanking God for all his blessings on us. On Being Involved with Muslim Academy I am a Roman Catholic born and raised in the beautiful country Philippines. I have been baptized after few months of my birth. Being Muslim it is a great honor for the Muslim community that they believe in such a prophet whose follower are so profoundly attached with his teaching of religion and they have the greatest respect and love even to use his name along with their own name. All Muslim cultures consider it very important to get united with the name of prophet by using the great Muslim name Mohammad with their new generation and even inculcate in the minds of their younger generation the attachment to the name of their Holy prophet. This name of Mohammad may be pronounced and written in different spelling a version of the style but the meaning of all is about the one which is called 'the one who is most praised in this world'. This can be proved by the follower of the Muslim religion that they have shown such attachment to this name of their prophet. Muslim names may be having any prefix or suffix to be attached with this name Mohammad, but they consider it is necessary and foremost important and beneficent for their better fortune and nice living in this world. They think it as peace of mind to be united with this great name.

Ramadan is known everywhere because this is the famous activities of Muslim. Muslim celebrates this in the ninth month of Muslim calendar and Muslims are required to fast during this date. The fast is about not eating, drinking and some avoid marital relations from dawn until sunset. Of course, in this time Muslims are very much said to worship and have some reading on Holy Qur'an. Mecca is the origin of Islam and a Holy City for every Muslim. In a pre-Islamic period, people there worship idols, ignorance everywhere, buried girls, injustice and no status of women. After the conquest of Mecca all these things came to an end. And people start living a peaceful life according to Islam. Mecca was conquered by Muslims in 20th Ramadan, 8 AH (Jan, 630 CE). In 628 a treaty was signed between Meccan tribe of Quraysh and Muslims in Medina, called "Treaty of Hudaybiyyah". It was a 10 year truce.

Ramadan is the best time for the Muslim athlete in shaping the character and obtains the blessing by fasting with consciousness and confidence of faith. Ramadan is a holy month for the religion of Islam in which Muslims required to fast for one month before the feast of Eid. In the religion of Islam taught, fasting Muslims expected to restrain passions, emotions and actions that deviate from the teachings of Islam. Muslims expected to perform fasting for one month, except for pregnant women, children under the age or condition of Muslim brethren in pain.

"There is a consensus among the 'ulama that ruqa are permissible when they satisfy three conditions: 1 - To be with Allah's words or His names and attributes 2 - To be in Arabic or of an intelligible meaning 3 - And to believe that they do not have effect by themselves but by Allah ('Azza wa Jalla)." Fath ul Bari 10/240

Sajdah is a unique position or stance in the regular prayers, which a Muslim is supposed to offer at least five times a day. Although the basic purpose of obligatory prayers is not to provide an exercise for people yet it is being increasingly recognized that it has plenty of medical advantages for the human body. Here it is worth mentioning that Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has mentioned in a hadeeth in Ibn Majah that prayer is a cure for many diseases. The fact is that a person who offers his prayers regularly that too in the mosque is protected from many diseases which he many not even know.

Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar reported: "The verse {'We (the Jinn) are but a temptation; do not disbelieve indicates that learning sihr is an act of disbelief Ibn Qudama reported: That learning or teaching sihr is an unlawful act is an uncontroversial issue among scholars as far as we know, The Hanbalists hold that a person becomes an unbeliever if he learns to practise sihr, whether he believes in sihr as lawful or unlawful

Punishment under Islamic Law tor Practising Sihr According to Imam Malik, a person who practises sihr (sahir), but does not have it done for himself is similar to the person Allah describes in the following verse: { „,and they learned what hurt them, and did not profitthem, knowing well that whoso buys it shall have no share in the world to come,) (2:102), According the verse, Imam Malik believed that the Punishment for practising sihr is the death. According to Ibn Qudama, the Punishment for practising sihr is the death According to Imam Ahmad, three companions of the Prophet confirmed that The Punishment for practising sihr is the death penalty.

Ruqyah for Children | protect your children from jinns and stuff At all times, the safety and well-being of the child is of paramount importance. The child is not an adult, so one should not treat it like one. The child should feel as comfortable with Ruqyah as it possibly can. One should keep it relaxed and happy, and regularly check if they are OK. If necessary, play with them so they can relax. If you are a Raqi and are only coming for the Ruqyah, then try to be around the child for a little while outside of the Ruqyah session, to help them feel more comfortable with you
