I think there's something to be said for the idea of "perpetual childhood" in the U.S. and the fact that this is already the case in Japan, with a medium (Manga) that would traditionally be viewed as childish actually being consumed by adults and covering professional topics.
To promote the launch of Avatar Kinect and Kinect Sparkler this week, Microsoft has partnered with six comedians who will use Avatar Connect to create 90 second videos. Each of the videos will be posted on the brand's Facebook page where visitors will be invited to vote for their favorite comedian and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Xbox and Kinect bundle.
HOWEVER...this speaks to the point I raised at yesterday morning's meeting about there being a watch that works cross platform with a fitness app you are currently using via your smartphone versus you having to start all over again with a new fitness tracker that is aligned with a particular watch.
