Not sure what resources are here for social studies but still looks like a very interesting site. Think you should check it out for resources and to share with students.

Excellent options for shy students or for students who may have issues with speaking. Also good options for presenting ppts when you aren't physically in class but want to make sure that all content is covered.

Some excellent options for adding voice to ppt presentations esp for shy students or students who can't speak. Also good for using when sub is presenting material when you are out.

Tildee provides a template and platform for sharing tutorials with others. Each tutorial you create is assigned a specific url that you can share with anyone. Your tutorials can include any combination of text, screen captures, and videos. Each tutorial that you create on Tildee is assigned a unique URL that you can share wherever you like."

Each timeline includes short (3-10 minute) videos about people and events in the era. The timelines also include pictures and short text descriptions. More timelines appear to planned for publication in the future."
