实行实名制后，人们就不敢上网批评政府和官员了，瓮安的老百姓不敢说真话就是实例，谁不怕被查处？有些网民虽然在网络上批这批那，其实他们也没什么目的，不外乎就是上网发发牢骚，发完了就睡个安心觉。一旦实行实名制，他们连牢骚都不敢发，怕惹上麻烦。因而，实名制会使老百姓噤若寒蝉，网络上会一片歌舞升平。群众没地方发表意见，官员就不知道老百姓想什么、需要什么、痛恨什么，久而久之，老百姓因无处发泄，积怨越来越多，就容易被坏人利用。瓮安事件正是一个教训。

呼吁国家领导人，责成中纪委、中央政法委、最高检、最高院、公安部、司法部成立联合调查组，介入杨佳案起因、审判内幕等违法作为的调查，整顿上海市公、检、法，扫清与国家对立、无视国法的地方势力，维护国家法制统一和宪法权威地位。

杨佳案并没有结束，对杨佳的宣判，表达了舞弊者蔑视法律尊严的愿望。污浊的灵魂决定了猥亵的命运，他们最终没有逃出背叛人民的逻辑，对权力的滥用和对法律的蔑视。应该提醒他们，这一次，他们依然会因为愚蠢而付出代价。

　2004年又给国务院法制办报上了这个稿子，因为我们国家的立法现在是瓶颈制约，全国人大常委会一年开六次常委会，一次大概三到四天，能够审议的法律案是非常有限的。重要的法律草案如果国务院起草的要往全国人大提交的话，也得上常务会，行政法规也得上常务会，法律草案也得上常务会，因为一年就那么多个星期。所以有人专门一算，每年我们国家制定和修改的法律，只能有40到50件，因为常务会不可能每次都讨论法律，当然现在都是讨论两个。

在犯罪事实没有任何变化的情况下，司法判决由无期徒刑，改为五年有期徒刑，由于社会舆论的影响，从一个极端走向了另一个极端，这是许霆的“幸运”，也是法制的悲哀！

Hundreds of thousands of protesters took to the streets for weeks, in Beijing and around the country, first to honor the late reformist leader Hu Yaobang and then to demand basic rights denied to them.A China that has made enormous progress economically, and that is emerging to take its rightful place in global leadership, should examine openly the darker events of its past and provide a public accounting of those killed, detained or missing, both to learn and to heal. This anniversary provides an opportunity for Chinese authorities to release from prison all those still serving sentences in connection with the events surrounding June 4, 1989. We urge China to cease the harassment of participants in the demonstrations and begin dialogue with the family members of victims, including the Tiananmen Mothers. China can honor the memory of that day by moving to give the rule of law, protection of internationally-recognized human rights, and democratic development the same priority as it has given to economic reform.
