SEEC's Parent to Parent (P2P) program is a free and confidential service designed to connect Montgomery County parents and caregivers of children with special needs (age birth to 21) with trained volunteer mentors who have experience raising children with disabilities. It is based on the philosophy that peer support from veteran families is often the most helpful way to provide emotional support and practical information to parents in need.
