    In industry model education, everything is so standardized that there is no space for creativity. So, it is not surprising that formal education kills the creativity and hinders the cognitive development of kids. By the way, I liked the part about university professors: "Typically [professors] live in their heads. … They look upon their body as a form of transport for their heads. It's a way of getting their head to meetings." This is a nice example of cognitive engagement:)

    The video presents the reason why students cannot be engaged in the activities at school while they are very active in their daily life. The educators should be aware of that new generation has different interests and learning habits.If our aim is motivating the students to ensure their active participation we need to address their interests and learning styles.
