    I came across this, thought it is pretty interesting. Basically TOR which is a free program, allows someone's location to be hidden when surfing the net. TOR's developer Torproject.Inc claims that they are out there to help defend traffic analysis which is a form of network surveillance that threatens personal freedom,privacy and so on.
